Refund policy

We do not accept returns for all products purchased online that have left the store. All pre-owned sets are purchased as-is, as shown in the product description and image. All certified sets are certified by Bricks and Minifigs - Glen Carbon. If a certified set is missing pieces, please contact us for replacement bulk pieces (Minifigs and instructions will not be considered for replacement). Retired sets can be returned at customer's shipping expense and must still be in originally sealed condition. If a seal is broken or box opened, the return/refund will not be honored and the customer will be contacted for further instructions.
