LEGO 40221 Fountain was a 105 piece Creator promotional set released in 2016. In addition to being sold in stores, the LEGO Creator Fountain (set 40221) was also a free offer is valid on shop.LEGO.com from November 14 through, November 17, 2017 for qualifying purchases greater than $99.
It was retired in November 2017 with a lifespan of 17 months.
