Bathroom is an extremely old and very rare LEGO set. Because Bathroom is a very old set from 1979, finding it in a sealed and good condition might be difficult thus making the true value even that much higher.
Outer box has been carefully opened and not damaged to ensure that the bags are sealed along with the blue baseplate.
Note: This is a Bricks and Minifigs Retired set. - Retired sets are still New-in-Box (NIB), sealed, never opened and officially retired by LEGO. These sets can be rare as they are no longer in production by LEGO.
