LEGO set 10246 Detective's Office was a 2,262 piece Creator Expert set with 6 minifigs released in January 2015. It is a multi roof line modular set with three buildings and an alley way that includes the main Detective's Office, a barber's shop, a pool hall, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and an interconnecting section with balconies. It was retired in March 2018 with a lifespan of 38 months.
This particular set has a damaged box, but the bags are sealed. It is priced accordingly.
Note: This is a Bricks and Minifigs Retired set. - Retired sets are still New-in-Box (NIB), sealed, never opened and officially retired by LEGO. These sets can be rare as they are no longer in production by LEGO.
