It builds a compact river craft with twin headlamps, a rear cargo bucket, and a large grey ski element introduced in 1999, accompanied by a rock containing an Energy Crystal. The set includes the Bandit minifigure with tools such as a buzzsaw and scanner, plus a boulder concealing the crystal.
