LEGO 4980 The Tunnel Transport is a Rock Raiders set released in 1999, containing 351 pieces and 2 minifigures. The set centers on the Tunnel Transport air vehicle, the largest Rock Raiders vehicle, with four propellers, headlights, twin lasers, and tool attachments such as a pickaxe and circular saw, plus a detachable magnet-equipped bucket for hauling rocks and dynamite. Two smaller builds are included: the Small Digger with a magnet, bucket, and front saws, and the Hoverboard hovercraft with a spotlight that docks at the rear of the Transport. The minifigures are Docs and Jet, and first-edition releases included a Rock Raiders comic.
Note: This is a Bricks and Minifigs Retired set. - Retired sets are still New-in-Box (NIB), sealed, never opened and officially retired by LEGO. These sets can be rare as they are no longer in production by LEGO.
